Appointments & Cancellations
• Services are provided by appointment only.
• Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full service fee will be charged.
Services & Animal Welfare
• All grooming services are carried out according to professional standards, with the dog’s welfare as the top priority.
• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service in cases of aggressive or dangerous behavior.
• Requests that may compromise the dog’s health or well-being will not be carried out.
• If the service is discontinued due to difficult behavior, the full price remains payable.
Health & Hygiene
• The owner is responsible for checking the dog for fleas or parasites in advance and treating them accordingly (or cancelling the appointment).
• Any allergies, medical conditions, or ongoing treatments must be disclosed prior to the appointment.
• If the dog becomes ill during the service, a veterinarian will be contacted; all related costs will be borne by the owner.
Liability
• Liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• No liability is accepted for stress, injuries, or accidents resulting from severe matting, nervousness, aggression, or circumstances beyond control.
• Any injuries caused to staff by the dog must be covered by the owner’s insurance.
• Any complaints or undesired results must be reported immediately on-site; later claims will not be accepted.
Prices & Payment
• Prices depend on time, breed, coat condition, and behavior.
• Additional charges may apply for severe matting, parasite treatment, or difficult behavior.
• Payment is due in full upon pick-up (cash / PayPal / Bizum).
• No invoices are issued.
Dog’s Behavior
• For dogs with challenging behavior, the owner’s presence may be required or recommended.
Data Protection
• Client data is stored securely and used solely for service purposes; it will not be shared with third parties.
Photographs
• The client agrees to the use of before-and-after photos for promotional purposes.
